Alice SK’s latest single, ‘Run Away’ is a groovy piece of alt-pop that builds into a barrage of impressive textures and sonic juxtapositions. The track is a nostalgic, almost vintage-sounding piece that brings influences from modern-day bands to the soulful voices that have clearly had an impact on Alice SK’s deep, unique voice. “The track is meant to start off as being quite reflective and then as it continues and spirals more into our deeper thoughts and the subconscious, it becomes increasingly more desperate as we get a greater sense of not being able to escape,” she explains.
